ANGLETON ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

MEMBERSHIP FORM

The Angleton Alumni Association provides activities, communications, and other services for
former students, and former or current faculty and staff members. As an independent
organization, the Association fosters and supports educational and related activities of the
Angleton Independent School District. Membership is open to former students (even if
you did not graduate), former or current staff members, and other persons who may be invited to
be members of the Association.

Annual dues are from September to September of each year and currently are $10.00 (or $15.00 for
couples). Lifetime Membership is available for $100.00. Checks are to be made payable to:
Angleton Alumni Association and sent to P.O. Box 122 Angleton, TX 77516-0122.
